Peer Review Process

The Journal “Green Lifestyle and International Market” (GLIM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that adheres to a single-blind peer-review process. To ensure the publication of high-quality research, each submission undergoes an initial screening by the editorial team to assess its relevance to the journal’s scope, structural quality, and similarity index (plagiarism check). After the initial screening, manuscripts that meet the basic criteria are sent for review. Reviews are conducted either by editorial board members or by external subject experts invited based on their academic and research expertise. In the single-blind process, reviewers are aware of the authors’ identities, while authors remain unaware of the reviewers’ identities.

Invited reviewers are expected to confirm their willingness to review within one week of receiving the invitation. Once accepted, reviewers are generally allowed four weeks to complete their assessment. This review period may be extended upon prior request, depending on the complexity of the manuscript or other academic constraints. To maintain transparency and academic integrity, all reviews are treated confidentially, and reviewers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback aimed at improving the manuscript’s quality. In certain cases, reviews may be made available for discussion post-publication to promote scholarly dialogue and openness.
